Do you ever feel like you just do not have enough time? Well, why not try a "Walk and Talk" with your kids. It is a great way to spend some quality time together. Find a time in the afternoon that you and your child/children can go for a walk and talk about their day. Besides getting to spend time together as a family, you will be getting some healthy exercise.
